Just curious - what issues do you mean with these?

I know P-stamps are not included to standing new issue orders, but most Finnish catalogues (not to mention collectors) don't count them as 'postage stamps'.

And then there is/was the Finlandia exhibition overprint on Faberge-booklet.

When I used to receive material from Finland Post many years ago, the service was always the best. Many items were marginals, and some very nice pieces with blank fields were included without my having requested such extra service. Also, I received several cards with special cancels at no charge.

Sorry to say but Scott blew it big time.

1480A, 1523, 1524, 1544, 1546, 1553 are all P-stamps (personalized stamps), and as such they are not included to new issues programme (though all the shown stamps were ordered to manufacture by Finnish Post - they are all part of the "special collectibles" lineup Finnish Post uses to milk collectors and history buffs who must buy absolutely everything). There are MANY more of these (such as stamp for Abo Academy, 73 regional coat of arms, various types of Christmas designs for SantaClaus Land etc).... What is common for all these is that their sales price is about the double for face value - which is why nobody in their sane mind buys/uses them for real postage.
