"Tjänste Frimärke" is official stamp in english
I suppose "tjänstebrevkort" is "official postcard"

I think the difference is that the Cash on delivery was immediate.With the money order type ;the person had 30 days to recover the money at the post-office with the reciept.
So yours is the Cash on delivery type.
