The 1851 1c Franklin is type IV, #9, position 98R1L, misplaced A relief.

I would encourage Ken to post a scan of the back of the 14 but I think the stamp is perfectly fine.

The 67 and 75 are both reperforated, unfortunately.

I agree the right margin on the #14 is extraordinary and I can't understand how it's possible.

Here is a picture of the back of #14 as requested.

The #9 is marked 98R1L so that's good.

If this group doesn't find any glaring faults I will send this to PSE and in a few months report the result.

The #9 is a nice example of 98R1L, double transfer.

The 14 has a small corner crease at top right. I'm not sure how it would grade... probably a 90?

I believe that the #14 at the start of this thread is position 51R1.

The only other reasonable possibility is 11R1, but it does not appear to match that, and does match 51R quite well.

I have a strip of three, on cover with the centerline, including 11R1, which I will need to go look at, when I can to make sure that its different from this one, as I expect it will be.

I checked my reference material for the 10c stamp, and I'm satisfied that your 10c stamp plates as 51R1.

Its a fairly easy position to identify.
