I haven't exhibited my my 1932 LP OWG exhibit in a number of years and am beginning to think about getting it ready for the joint APS/AFDCS summer show in Hartford, CT in August 2020. However, right now, I realize that it will need a complete remounting (all 160 pages) to incorporate new material. I don't seem to have the motivation yet to do this. However, I have begun scanning my new material for inventory purposes and decided that I could also let others see some of the interesting items I have found in the last 8 years.

The usual first day cancel has a 10:30 am time in the town dial. Other times are known, but are very scarce. This 7:00 pm time is scarce, but this is the only 1 that I have ever seen inverted.

I just realized that this is not an FDC but is actually from January 27, two days later. I have had this cover for many years and never noticed it before

Scott #716 overprinted "SPECIMEN" by the Bechuanland postal administration when it was received from the UPU. A few countries would overprint stamps received from other postal administrations. 1957 BPA certificate.
