Just a FYI
My Computer would randomly shut down, apparently for no reason

Googled, which suggested a faulty Power Supply or overheating fan.

I installed "Speed Fan" (Free)
This was the result......................

I never knew there was a side fan, (on the chip) the muck that came out of it !
(used a soft bristled painters Artist's brush and my vaccuum cleaner)

Now it is at 29 degrees

Hi Rod,
Fact #1 - Heat is the enemy of electronics
Fact #2 - Pre-built or off-the-shelf PCs are typically 'finely tuned' in terms of thermal control

So you were wise to consider thermals and address this issue. This also applies to ambient conditions; do not put your PC in a restricted air flow location, do not put your PC in front of a hot air register or heater, etc.

Also one caution about 'cleaning' computer fans. I keep a large box of assorted muffin and CPU fans on hand to replace those ruined by well-meaning users. I have replaced countless fans ruined by people who use compressed air to clean them. Using compressed air to blow a fan blade at 30,000 rpm will ruin the bearings in a fan designed to run at 2000-3000 rpm. It might not fail right away, but it will indeed fail if subjected to this kind of rpm.
So be careful about cleaning the crud off those fan blades!
Don

I agree with scb. Go with a desktop with Windows 10 and an I5 (mid grade). You should be able to get one for around $500.
