2nd, 3rd and 4th stamps in the first row are faded badly. It is a problem identifying exact color with used postage due issues as the ink is rather fugitive. Better to ID them first by perf and watermark.
The 1/2 cent is J68, the 1 cent and 2 cent are most likely J61 and J62 respectively. If they are perf 11 then they definitely J61 and J62. If they are perf 10 then they are J52 and J53. If they are perf 12 then you have to check for watermarks.
Ok they are all but one 2c are perf 12 and no watermark. The one 2c is perf 12 and I spotted the watermark in the corner. So that leaves the second third fourth and fifth ones as no watermark perf 12. Where does that put me.
If it's 2 cent perf 12 and unwatermarked then it's either J30 or J32. It simple to tell the difference J30 fluoresce under long wavelength ultraviolet light while J32 doesn't. Also, J30 is vermillion and J32 is deep claret.
The 2 cent perf 12 with the watermark is either J38(double line watermark 190 horizontally or vertically) or J46 (Single line watermark 191). J38 is deep claret and J46 is deep claret or rose carmine.
