When you see two characters near the top of one of the Martyrs issue of China, probably the first place to look are the Japanese occupation issues. This is one of those, from Meng Chiang (Inner Mongolia), Scott#2N127 with a 2016 catalog value of $4. The 8c stamp is from a new (Japanese) printing so is on a different paper from any you might have from China proper, and may or may not come with gum as issued.

2016....$4, in the answer above, your price if selling, maybe 50 to 75 cents.
