528B With Unlisted Printing Variety?

I found this going through my material as I was listing. There is printing ink just below the eye in a large dot and the additional dots, added to forehead is in a very tight cluster making one larger mark. What do I have?

French's encyclopedia lists more than 150 varieties for 528B, one is:
76) - (B-80) - Dot under eye between 4th and 5th rows of dots above nostril - BS 2/49, USS 8/74
could it be this?

Ah! I found the listing. Yes I believe you might be right. Any confirmation? that extra cluster on the forehead making like a 9 was also odd.
