Are There Scott Number For Cigar Stamps

I tried Google, ebay and Scott specialty but do not find the below. More interested in ID than value. Thought it was interesting that S Festin was the customs officer in both Seattle and San Francisco. Also what is the significance of Coolidge and Jackson?

The official policy from Scott, as I've heard it, is that only federally issued or authorized revenues denominated in dollars and cents, rather than units of goods (100 cigars, 10 bales of cotton, 1 barrel of dry goods, etc.) are listed. There are a few exceptions in some categories of revenues where most have a currency denomination but some are denominated by the amount of goods (most beer stamps have both currency and barrels, but a few are denominated only in barrels, for example.) This is why oleomargarine, tobacco, and cotton revenues aren't found in Scott catalogues.

Pres. Jackson and Pres. Collidge are the names of the ships on which the cigars were imported. The Trenton manufactured in bond is for the cigars made in Trenton from imported tobacco from Cuba. This all came about when a firm in Cuba had labor union difficulties, so they packed up and built a factory in Trenton. That factory is closed now, but because of the architecture, it is listed in the National Register.

Scott is so behind the revenue times for a specialized catalog. they seem to overlook the fact that some items were traded in units of goods and thus it made sense for the government to tax them that way. also in their eyes they are not as popular as say the state duck stamps and several other listed categories I could name. this omission has been brought up before and will be again but will probably continue to fall on deaf ears.

It's been rumored that there may be a new edition of the Springer catalog (which lists these types of stamps) coming out last... err, I mean "this year". I've seen pages from it, so I know it's underway, just not confident on the publication timetable.
