I went through Ken Smith's excellent site here:

The only office that fits in his lists is Rugeley Camp BO in Staffordshire.

Could be Rugeley, not in my database, a new find !
My database is searching for an image of "Penkridge" which maybe could be the Rugeley Pmk

Smith says the postmark for Penkridge Bank Camp BO was issued 20 April 1915 and the name was changed 13 December 1915.
