it appears to be Scott 165. check out the the stamp smarter app. I think it would help you.

Based on printing quality, it is probably a Scott 155 or 166. The shades are slightly different, but making color determinations via scans is not wise. The other possibility is Scott 191, but the impression tends to be crisper with Scott 155 and 166. I do not see any evidence of a grill so that eliminates Scott 144.

i mistyped my answer, meant 166. I will put my glasses on next time. I agree with bill re attempting a color id via scan.
