Question :

How to determine if this is any good or forgery?

On Catalog, it looks like a Scott #5. But something doesn't strike good.

Hi; It looks quiet genuine to me. (1852 4 Baj).The positions of the frame lines are conform.
Tassle just left of the "J".Break in the frame above the "N".Straight top of "S" in
POSTALE...
