Hi jony,

The basic stamp is from Hejaz (now in Saudi Arabia).

I think the overprint may well be a forgery although there was a similar black and gold overprinted set.

Jordan, 1925, "Arab Govt. of the East 1342" overprint on Hedjaz stamp.
The set looks like this:
