When those stamps (Michel#60/61,I think) were issued Bavaria was an independent kingdom.

Hi,

vayolene is right, Michel Nr.60 and 61.

In the case of the Nr.61 (5 Pfg), you can find a Nr.75 printed in 1911 and have vertical wavy lines as watermark.

Here the center of one of my sheet Nr.60x plate 26, you can see the horizontal wavy lines in the center.

And top of Nr.75 showing vertical wavy lines.
