Your stamp appears to be #7, type II, Relief "T" from top row of plate 2, position 5L2.
Catalog value $120. Resale value $20-$30.

Ric, the reason your stamp would not sell for more is that the design is partially cut into at both the left and the right. If it had four good margins it would go for double the amount.
