This was an EFO sale, and as such the 2 biggest efo sellers were targeted as being overpriced, even with hipstamp paying sellers to price lower.
In the end the stamps are still marked up, but in EFO land, there are few choices for materials. Sometimes you have to pick your battles.
In the case of bills, interestingly, a lot of his material is consigned. So you may be able to negotiate a lot... Whether you want to engage with him is a personal choice.

The issue is not the quantity of listings per se, but rather the quantity of overpriced listings, and in the case of Langs there are additional issues.
