The imperf stamp has a 142 watermark, but it is Horizontal not vertical, the other is perf 12x11.5 unwatermark. Thanks for any help.

Just from memory, don't have catalogs for this right now, but believe the first is a registration stamp of 1898. Hope you can confirm.
