Hello all.
This stamp is Turkey 1920 Matbua (Printed Matter) Red Overprint
Catalog codes: Michel TR 675 Yvert et Tellier TR J47
Issued on: 1920-03-27
The overprint seems the same, but in one of the stamps, the letters are wider and/or smeared.
Does anyone know what's the story behind the difference?

Thanks floortrader. So you think that the overprints are identical?

Sorry, what I meant to ask is if both overprints say the same thing. It looks either different words, or very smeared overprint on the left stamp.

The overprints are the same. The one on the left is just smeared/overinked a bit. Typical of all the overprints of that era...
