Trying to identify this stamp.
It has Fernando Po written in pencil, on the imperferate border, but don't see it listed in Scott catalog

I believe your stamp is from Cuba, Forbin #115, but I'm no expert on these.

Not much value I'm afraid.

It is a general colonies 1898-99 "Poliza" revenue stamp.Could be used in Cuba ,Fernando poo...

Nice, do we have any information on any catalogues for these?

These have fascinated me for years, lovely designs, lots of Iconography, including the Pomegranate (Long Life) and the "Golden Fleece" (lamb suspended by a ribbon), and of course the ubiquitous Fasces.

thank you, I have Forbin, I always suspected that these were valid in the colonies. (for want of a better word)
