Considering the fact that I cannot read Chinese/Japanese.

My best guess would be a Bookmark.

The first three characters (in Japanese) are o-kamiko 'paper clothing' and the next three are furoshiki 'wrapping cloth'. So maybe it's a product label for a wrapping cloth for paper kimono? Unfortunately, Google gives me no hits for the two words combined in this way.

This seems to be a product label of a warapping cloth (Furoshiki), made of paper cloth (Kami-ko). Erilaz�fs analysis was indeed just a nanometer away from perfection :-)

The first character �gOn�h is a prefix for making the nown polite; the next two characters �gKami-ko�h is a special cloth made of Japanese paper, traditionally used for light clothing. And the last three letters, �gfu-ro-shiki�h is exactly as mentioned by Erilaz.
