A few queries. Are any Album Pages available to mount as singles ? Personal or otherwise. Steiner only provides Sheet pages. Anyone deal in these stamps as singletons? All 10 sheets are available in Aust at $5.68 per sheet US.   |

In the past, in these cases, I've simply hinged the singles overthe spaces left for the sheet. Not ideal, though. Truly ghastly stamps, by the way - why didn't they use photos? |

The inability to clear copyright since images of 1923 to the present can still be under valid copyright in the US if all formalities were observed and all required filings were done. A cheap, originally commissioned illustration, even when based on a photo, can result in a clear transfer of rights or license to USPS. |

Rod:
Be sure to size your boxes according to how you mount the stamps - hinging takes less area than split-back mounts (like Scott mounts). Clive will need to know. |

I use top loading mounts, so even bigger,
having said that, I do like the mount to cover the box line, looks cleaner in my humble........

The trend over the last 20 years or so of putting photographs on stamps is one of the reasons I only collect pre-2000 issues. |

Ah, I've no problem with art. I do have a problem with flight magazine-level illustration and shoddy knock-offs of photographs though. |
