Help Identifying Arabic Stamp

Hi everyone,
I'm new to stamp collecting, having recently inherited a collection from my Dad.
He travelled extensively in the Middle and Far East during the 1980's and brought back lots of stamps, which I'm now trying to put into an album.
I've uploaded a picture of a stamp that I can't identify - can anyone help me?
The stamp is unused and I also have green and brown stamps with the same picture, in different denominations.

I am not sure if these are "Revenue" stamps,
a similar design with anglicised values are postage.
