I dug out my old Safe Signoscope and took a look at the back of this stamp. The Signoscope does not work very well anymore but it does appear that margins were added at the top, right and bottom. Someone put a lot of effort into this stamp but what surprises me is that the top looks pretty good but the bottom looks sloppy.
That is mostly because the only part of the design at top that was added was the fake recut. At bottom, quite a bit of the design had to be painted/added.
