please, can you help me to evaluate my Declaration of independance stamp 1869 and tell me how much it can worth on the market.

You can identify this by the diamond shape that protrudes down into the center design from the vignette. It's a big vignette shift which is interesting. These stamps are printed in a 2 pass process the vignette (outer frame design) and the central design second. Unless the paper lined up perfectly (and these were the first US stamps to be printed in 2 colors), they weren't very skilled in how to ensure they aligned well. (It's also how inverts got printed, because the page was put in upside down).

It's otherwise F centered with the design into the perf at bottom, which also looks to have been reperfed, or perf trimmed (the pointy perfs are the clue here). CV of an F centered 119 used is $80. A student of the vignette shifts might give a bit more 10% - 20%, but the reperf detracts a bit further.

That's Columbus pictured - not the declaration of independence. I don't thnk the vignette shift is enough to add any value - it might take away value. You could probably sell it to a collector for $30 assuming it doesn't have hidden faults beyond the reperfs.

Agree with Philazilla. Perhaps 15 to 20 dollars. The shift on this issue does not add value, the centering is not fine and perf issues detract further.
