Stamps From Late 1880-S

So I don't know much about stamps but I have a lot of letters from 1887-1889 with these stamps:
I think they're 210 or 211B from my research... anyone care to weigh in? Thanks!

Scott 210. Do not remove them from the letters.

The 211B was a special printing, only 1,000 exist(ed), and only a very small number known to have been postally used. Siegle lists only 1 that they have handled with a very scant blue cancel. However, your bottom photo is also an indicator. If you look at the horizontal lines inside the oval, there is a little known "identifier" of the 211B, that is not in the Scott book. The cross-hatch lines in the 211B run entirely to the base of the oval where the neck meets. Unless you can see those lines in all the horizontal bars, it's a 210. Easier than "spotting the color".
