My Avatar Got Lost! How Do I Get It Back?

Not really sure where to ask this but my forum avatar somehow got lost and I can't figure out how to get it back. When I first joined the forum I was presented with a selection of images to pick from. Is there a way get back to that screen?

Don, I just tried "Tools, Manage your Profile" as you suggested but there were no images to select from. The drop down box was empty.
