a quick general question on centering/grading

is it:
centered totally:

all 4 margins need to be the same, so example 4 margins all 4 mm= perfect

or

centered on the paper:

both horizontal margins 5 mm and both vertical margins 3 mm= is also perfect

The first but not the second. Both might look great to collectors and be an item a lot of collectors would like to have, but they will grade very differently for those collectors who care about it.

Centering is relative..Centering is only affected by the perfect centering of the perforation machine and the employee using it...as shown below.

Agree with revcollector: centering refers to all four margins at once.
