Agree, Ty IV, #9.

Looks like a red NYC Transit marking. The stamp was probably used on Foreign mail.

Nice looking stamp, Dutch. But I really dislike the practice of showing images at these severe angles--half the stamp is always out of focus. Dutch, can you discern the recut at top?
