Okay...

There is no "problem."

As described in the post, the stamp image is very blurry. Which one might interpret as, perhaps, new glasses might be needed. This is "humor."

Secondly, as the cost of mailing a first class letter these days is 55 cents and the seller is offering free shipping, plus the paypal and ebay fees associated with selling an item, the net result to the seller is just a few pennies, there is thus "how to make no money at all." Again, humor.
