A pair of shockers, and that's being perhaps a little too kind. You might get a pair of originals in similar condition for less money if you shopped around....
There are people collecting good early forgeries such as the Basel Dove and the Brazilian Bulls Eye, but most forgeries of penny blacks are a disappointment not worthy of being a space filler.
One of my strangest ebay experiences was with a lot I won from a UK seller that purported to be a replica set of Penny Black plates, I bought them thinking I could fill the spaces and maybe use them for reference. They turned out to be itty bitty- no bigger than my little fingernail. All of them identical, and, looked fuzzy. The seller couldn't seem to follow what I found fault with.I got my money back but he claimed to have sold many sets of them to 'very happy collectors.'
THe seller describes them as being printed by the CNT...Can that be true at such a late date? Is it the French branch of the CNT ? (Exiled members from the spanish CNT 1946)? This seller has flooded google with the CNT reference for all types of forgeries he is selling.Even Albania double headed eagle overprints!
