Usa: 1994 National Stamp Collecting Month Machine Slogan

I'm in the process of finalizing the February 2019 <i> Vermont Philatelist</> and need to know the exact wording on a machine slogan cancel used by the White River Junction, Vermont sectional center for the 1994 National Stamp Collecting Month publicity cancel. The overall design shows an octopus, but I'm not sure what the text at the bottom of the cancel says.

The USPS publicizes pictorial handcancels, but does very little publicity for machine slogan cancels.

"Stamp Collecting Month/National Station" would be my guess based on two similar cancels in Stamp Smarter database

I was confused the wording of the VT example I have. Notice that the text says "Stamp Collecting Month / National Station". The "STATION" is what really threw me: Usually "station" means a special philatelic location.

The only VT one I have, cropped from a cover.
