The right side perfs look suspicious on this Scott #122 from my collection. Is the black line running down the right side something that occurs on the sheet margin, perhaps suggesting that this was originally a straight edge?
The black line is a position line which shows up quite often. I assume it was to insure that the vignette would line up correctly within the frame.See many examples here:
