Looks like a an F-Grill, which would make it a Scott #94, with a pretty common circular cancellation. It's a nice wide margin on both left and right, natural straight edge at left, perf slightly into the top of the design. The CV of this stamp is around $10. It's possibly an E-Grill, which would make it a 98, slightly higher CV of $28. Not rare... just the grilled version of the 65, the most common stamp up to that date (1861).
