So ,the way this works if a customer buys 30 covers in a box lot ,they could pay $5.19 for shipping if they live in Georgia and if they live in California they pay $6.19 shipping .....so how do you run your ebay lot as $6.19 for shipping ? Then your one Georgia customer pays more ?. Maybe charge everybody $5.70 and hope for equal balance

A couple years ago I got tired of weighing each package so I established a flat rate shipping policy. I send everything 1st Class package so the cheapest rate was $2.60. I decided to charge everybody $3.35 but all additional items ship free. If you buy one item you pay 75c over cost but everybody else wins a little. I have had almost no push back and I think it encourages people to buy multiple items.
