Looking for information please. I can't seem to find anything online. I even uploaded the photo to Google Images, usually that returns similar results. Thank you!

This, while it looks like a stamp, is not a postage stamp. This falls into the category of cinderellas, which are items which look like stamps but are not.

It is still very collectible and there are people who specialize in cinderellas.

Thank you! I wasn't sure what category to place it under. Is there a place for Cinderellas? Thanks so much! :)

Do you mean a website/reference, or something else?

once a thriving navy yard, now a growing thriving economic zone. it is still home to several historic structures in various states of preservation.
