I have a pair of George Washington 2 cent horizontal coils. Not sure what year these are but I'm guessing they are Scott 491s. Could someone tell me what I have here?
Thank you Don for your response, Not sure about the perforations. Are you referring to the number of perforations or the depth? I'm sort of new to this.
Also, I wanted to point out that these are vertical coils witch the perforation runs on the sides of the stamp and horizontal when perforation runs on the top and bottom of the stamp.
