Hello all,
I recently saw this on lot on ebay:

How much is this worth?
I especially found the 1c overprint on 15c interesting (Black arrow) where the lower left 15 seems to be missing the 1.
Is this a valuable error? Is it a error at all?

@perf12

Dang I want to kick myself!
this lot went for 45 euros (about $52).
The 3 on the bottom alone go for 25-30 on ebay.
The Kewkiang issues can also add up....
