Muks,
technically you are not incorrect with your thread title, however, these are generally referred to as "Postage Stamps"
and can be found in any stamp catalogue under Ceylon.

They have a dual use, Postage / or revenue.

The gentleman folically challenged is King Edward 7, and the other King George 5.

Not unusual to see these early stamps in poor condition, often they suffer "Tropical toning"
