The plate numbers are shown in the mesh on either side of the Queen's head. You should be able to see them with a magnifying glass if they aren't obscured by the postmarks.

The first one ends in a "5". A scan would help

If you can do a cropped image I maybe able to see the numbers on the edge better. One maybe plate 120 one maybe plate 101 but I need to see a better closer image of both. I specialize in QV stamps on covers in my ebay store.

Plate 125 is SG143 its date range of use is 1858- 1879. Plates were used for many years as held at various UK post office. Its a nice Queen Victoria stamp with GWR perfin. The crease in the bottom left decreases its value. There is an mourning cover on ebay UK with a plate 125 dated 1870. Seller is asking £19 for that (over priced). But a loose damaged copy maybe only worth a few bucks. Its got a numeral killer bars =74= cancel on your stamp.

GWR would surely stand for Great Western Railway?

The 74 postmark is from Birkenhead, 75 is from Birmingham.
