Boone Scott #1357 Color Shift

Hello All

The yellow color has moved into the upper margin of the stamps.
Leaving the bottom portion of the design a pinkish color.
Is the scott 1357 shown below called a color shift ? Or an EFO ?

The stamps design it self has also moved into the perforations.
What type of shift would this be called ? ( if any )

And even though this block is MNH, is it still considered a 'poor' grade due to it not being centered and in the perforation margin ?

It is both an EFO and a color shift. And why are you worried about grading this block ? A specialist might like this block but it has not much value,

I understand now that the EFO is in reference to the design shift into the perforations.
And the color shift is obvious just that.

As I am still learning, I asked about grading so I could better understand the correlations between an EFO vs MNH and a color shift vs a perfectly centered design.

the yellow shift is a color shift, which adds value
the perfs are also shifted so the centering is bad, but not a big enough perf shift to add value and in fact just bad enough to lower the value some (although in the case of this also being a color shift stamp the bad centering may get ignored)

both a color shift and a perf shift (misperf) are EFO's
