2019 Reissue Of The 2, 3, 5 And 10 Cent Fruit (Lemons/Strawberries/Grapes/Pears) 3k Coils

Does anyone know if these were printed with a "2019" (vice 2018) date on the stamp?

They have a 2019 date, and here are the order numbers for the 3K rolls:

2 cent 750004
3 cent 750104
5 cent 750204
10 cent 750304

Peter, are you certain of the 2019 date? I only ask because I have read elsewhere that both the 2-cent & 10-cent reissues still have the 2018 & 2016 dates respectively. Until now, my assumption has been that there were no date changes on the new fruit coils.

Anyone know if there are order numbers for the 3k coils in strips of 25, rolls of 100 or 500 from SFS? Or from any other post office?

As I recall, if the last two digits of the item number are 04, you are ordering a full roll. Substitute 15 for the 04, and you should receive a strip of 500. At least in theory ...
As far as I know, there are no smaller strips made available for the fruit coils.
Added: One possible exception. The postmaster in Oneco, CT has traditionally offered stamps (including coils) in any quantity desired. I believe payment must be made in advance, presumably by personal check or money order. Have never tried this service but have also never heard anything but GREAT reviews of same.

I have received the recent list of stamps available from the Ct. postmaster and he indicates the coils will not have a 2019 date, if I read it right.

Can someone point me in the direction of an article about the reissue?

There is a brief article in the Feb. 4, 2019 issue of Linn's ... on page 11. I'm fairly certain I read something after this article that indicated that no significant changes were expected, but I haven't yet figured out where.

I ordered strips from several of them via the above mentioned CT postmaster and they are coming tomorrow. Hopefully, I can resolve this question at that point. There were specific order number provided for the new issue of the coils so I am fairly confident they will be from that printing.

I'm thinking that the only likely difference will be in the number of digits in the back numbers ... 4 instead of 5.

Opened up the delivery and the stamps have the old dates on each coil. Also, I got the back numbers on several of them and they match what I understand to be the new back numbers.

Strips of 500 are available from USPS with these item numbers:

How can I contact the CT postmaster for a list? Just send a request to the Postmaster PO Box? I need this year's flag coils but don't fancy buying 100 of each from the USPS website lol

While he'll sell smaller quantities of coils that come in large rolls, I don't believe he'll break rolls of 100.
