Question - I have identified the stamp as a Scott (2019 vol. 3A) 792. But in the catalogue desc. there is no watermark listed and it looks to have one - Wmk 304 DBP and Rosettes. I know its a bad pic but I didnt want to soak it yet. Is this an error in the catalogue ? Tks

In Michel catalog your stamp is listed as #301,with watermark 5 (DBb and rosette)
It doesn't seem to exist with no watermark

There is no error in Scott. You need to read the front portion of Scott that has the "Understanding the Listings" page as well as the rest of the section. Under item 5, it is clearly stated Printing method, perforation and watermark apply to the following sets until a change is noted. (Their emphasis).

. Tks. That's exactly why I was asking.

I didn't understand the terminology as to where the section cuts off. Now I know it carries upwards to the previous listing. Clarified by Amos. Tks again
