ah Mr Aldred how fascinating to meet you! A question if you please kind sir? Can you spot your forgeries straight off, and what should one look for, say, if one was to be interested in purchasing such an item?
If it is a stamp off cover it will be on unwatermarked paper. The stamp will be endorsed Michael Aldred Forgery or Facsimile on the reverse in permanent ink. Covers are similarly endorsed on the back. (It is not possible to remove the endorsement without ruining / damaging the stamp or cover.)
