Oxidation On 3cent Small Queens

Recently I was involved in a discussion regarding the colors of some of my 3cent small queens and was told that the darker colors were the result of oxidation.So I did couldn't take it anymore and decided to perform the hydrogen peroxide experiment on them. Here are the before and after pics.
