These are few more out this Kilo Ware lot. It is one of the most interesting acquisitions of recent memory. There have been dozens of different and interesting finds like these. Not a lot of $$ but way more than the $15.00 paid for it.
I was able to google the Svars Losen and identified enough to figure out Sweden and return reply but did not find any that had zero values on them. So not sure what they are.
The second stamp of Pakistan maybe?
