I am assuming "Wilayah Persekutuan" refers to Malayan Federation?

For the novice, as myself, found in Scott directly after TRENGGANNU.
As will be found in STEINER.

However Steiner does not accommodate 2002 ?

Further, Scott appears to suggest the Arms are as Johore ?

Wilayah Persekutuan in Bahasa translates directly to "Federal Territory".
There are three that make up the country: Putrjaya, Labuan and Kuala Lumpur.

SG lists the 20 sen 14x13 3/4; as K20.
