I recently found this stamp in a collection. Could anyone confirm what stamp this is I am having trouble finding any information on google about it. I am sorry I am very new to stamp collecting.

I replied to this question earlier. It's a common French stamp, issued in March 1933, and worth a penny. You confused it with a rare, unissued, precancelled version of the stamp.
