I have an Egyptian stamp question for you: Did the Egyptians purposefully tear their stamps? I have two identical stamps Scott 135 or 135b, both torn but on opposite corners. It looks like it may have been done on purpose. Can you confirm or deny this? Or do I simply have two damaged stamps?

Both stamps also have cancels.
