I am probably overthinking this one.
I count 14 x 17 points and measure 11 x 13.5 mm.
Has to be an E grill, cannot be a Z grill.
But every time I look at this scan I am seeing horizontal points.
I would appreciate any feedback and thoughts.
Thanks in advance! Harry

You are correct on the 88 E grill. It seems that these grills can turn into Escher prints with constant looks, but you can see the vertical ridges and points down (looking at the left columns).

That's why I recommend oblique light cast diagonally to the grill rather straight from the side or the top. The count and character of the grill points is so much easier to resolve.

Craig & Sinclair thank you!
I figured I was looking too hard at this one.
