French Poster(?) Stamps From 1900's

I have eight stamps, and I'm trying to figure out exactly what they are, and ultimately what they're worth.

The image with the two girls (I have seven of them, each one in a different color), is a well known art piece from the Czech artist Alphonse Maria Mucha. I was told they are from "The Exposition Universelle et Internationale, the World's Fair held in 1913 in Ghent, Belgium" but I don't think that's true. I haven't got a clue to what it says at the bottom.

The other one seems to advertising the narcissus festival of 1902.

Are these 'poster stamps'?

Can someone point me to a better place for research?

There doesn't seem to be many for sale anywhere. I'm told that the Narcissus might be worth upwards of thirty dollars, but the others, I have eight not seven btw, are only a few dollars each. If you want them, send me a message!
